We do not offer exchanges for another size or color. Our detailed size charts are provided to help you select the perfect fit. Please double-check your measurements and the product details to ensure satisfaction with your order.
Damages & Issues
In the rare case that you receive a defective product, the wrong item, or an item that has been damaged during shipping, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us immediately at support.notbyman@gmail.com or through our Instagram: @notbyman with your order number and details about the issue. Customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any issues with their order. After this time frame, we will not be able to provide assistance.
-For damaged/defective items: We will exchange the item or issue a refund.
-For incorrect orders: We will send you the correct product as quickly as possible.
